WHAT THAT SUPPORT MAKES POSSIBLE

More ways to
get the care you need.

Our services are free for uninsured and underinsured neighbors. Care begins with listening, and continues with practical support for everyday health.

01

Ongoing medical care

Primary care and diabetes management offer a place to turn for everyday needs and long-term conditions.

02

Medications & testing

Prescriptions and laboratory services help patients take the next step in their care, without a bill from the clinic.

03

Specialist expertise

Volunteer providers bring expertise in cardiology, endocrinology, behavioral health and other fields. Availability varies; contact the clinic.

POWERED BY PEOPLE

Entirely volunteer-run.
No paid staff.

Healthcare professionals, students and community members share their time and skills to keep care available. Every role is part of the same commitment to our neighbors.

Students learn alongside experienced providers while helping with the work that makes a clinic day possible.

2026

COMMUNITY HEALTH

OUR NEXT CHAPTER

Expanding access
to prevention.

Manos Juntas is a 2026 recipient of the Innovation Awards in Community Health: Addressing Infectious Disease in Underserved Communities, funded by The Pfizer Foundation and implemented by Direct Relief.

This support is helping expand HPV vaccination, improve vaccine management, develop bilingual education materials and strengthen outreach for uninsured patients.

These are program priorities, not a count of completed vaccinations.

BETTER TOGETHER

Partners in access.

We’re grateful to the organizations that help our community access care. Direct Relief and Americares are longstanding partners; The Pfizer Foundation funds the 2026 award described above.
