Volunteers in the Triage department are responsible for taking accurate and complete patient vitals, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. They also collect patient history, including information on any past medical issues, medications, and allergies. Triage Volunteer

Triage Volunteers also get experience in reviewing health education materials with patients.

Triage Mentor (Leader)
The Triage Leader is a volunteer who has demonstrated a high level of reliability, consistency, and commitment to the clinic and to the Triage department. The Triage Leader takes on additional responsibilities and leadership roles within the department, working closely with Triage Volunteers and the Triage Supervisor to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.

The Triage Supervisor is a volunteer who is responsible for overseeing the Triage department and ensuring that Triage Volunteers are providing high-quality care to patients. The Triage Supervisor works closely with medical staff and other volunteers to ensure that patients are seen promptly and receive the care they need.
