Volunteer Structure

At Manos Juntas, we have a new volunteer structure that will promote reliability, consistency, and commitment among our volunteers. Our structure is designed to provide clear roles and responsibilities for volunteers, ensuring that everyone is working together effectively towards a common goal of providing quality patient care.

The Volunteer Committee, made up of members of the Board of Directors and other key staff members, oversees our volunteer program and policies. The committee is responsible for developing policies and procedures, providing training and support to volunteers, and evaluating the effectiveness of the volunteer program.

The committee works closely with our clinic staff, who oversee the day-to-day operations of the volunteer program and ensure that all volunteers are working together effectively towards our mission of providing quality patient care.
