Yes, we are accepting a limited number of new patients. Please check with clinic staff on Saturday mornings.
Patients and volunteers are required to be masked upon entry to the building. All patients are asked to wait in their vehicles before check-in to reduce exposure. Patients without vehicles may wait in distanced seats in our waiting room.
Yes, we accept uninsured and underinsured patients. We do not charge your insurance.
All services are provided free of charge. We rely on donations to keep our clinic open.
We accept walk-in appointments on Saturdays from 9-11:30 a.m. However, at this time we are not accepting new patients.
A mask, a list of current medications, and your patient ID number (for returning patients).
We ask each patient their name and basic contact information.
No, but we can work on a referral as needed.
